TRANSFORMING HABITS: Spiritual Guidance through the Sermon on the Mount
Human activity, both good and bad, cannot be explained merely by DNA and brain chemistry. Though disappearing in our modern world, moral knowledge is accessible. In His Sermon on the Mount, Jesus teaches how to be a truly good person. With moral authority He describes the good life and gives direction to our will. |

Words from an Advisory Board Member |

Dallas Willard states: "RobbinsNest Ministries has the grace of being overseen by someone who has spent years looking into the matters of spiritual disciplines and how they relate to spiritual growth. It really is not just enough to stagger along, trying to find something that will help here and something that will help there. The history of the church is full of rich wisdom on these matters. Steve Robbins is a person who has actually studied this at great length and has written on it and has put it into practice in his own life. And, therefore, his supervision of not only the operation but the individuals who come into RobbinsNest Ministries is, I believe, going to be significant for the future of ministry in this area." |

RobbinsNest Ministries Welcomes You. |
|
Dear Friend, RobbinsNest Ministries was launched out of a deep desire to advance Christian spiritual formation in pastors and churches. With the dropout rate so high (50% within the first five years) among men and women going into fulltime ministry, RobbinsNest proactively reaches out to seminarians and new pastors, as well as active and seasoned pastors, so that "Christ is formed in [them]" (Galatians 4:19) and they serve the local church from lives that are refreshed and renewed and full of joy. RobbinsNest Ministries also comes alongside of discontented and burned out pastors--those who are "fed up," "used up," or have "given up"--and helps renew and restore their passion for God and call to ministry. As the Board of Directors and I envision what God has called RobbinsNest to do for His glory and for the joy of His people, our hope is that you and your pastor will "stop, look, listen" to Jesus, the Senior Pastor and head of the Church! Sincerely, Dr. Steve Robbins |
